（1）居民室內(nèi)采暖系統(tǒng)是嚴(yán)格根據(jù)技術(shù)規(guī)范設(shè)計(jì)、施工、安裝的，擅自改動(dòng)采暖設(shè)施．往往會(huì)改變采暖系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)行條件，容易導(dǎo)致水力失調(diào)，影響供熱效果。

（2）居民自己改裝采暖設(shè)施，因缺乏必要的施工安裝工具和經(jīng)驗(yàn)，容易損害供熱設(shè)施，當(dāng)設(shè)備充水時(shí)容易出現(xiàn)跑冒滴漏，影響正常供熱，嚴(yán)重的還會(huì)損害財(cái)產(chǎn)，給自身及他人造成經(jīng)濟(jì)損失。
