Contract energy management
合同能源管理（EPC——Energy Performance Contracting）：節(jié)能服務(wù)公司與用能單位以契約形式約定節(jié)能項(xiàng)目的節(jié)能目標(biāo)，節(jié)能服務(wù)公司為實(shí)現(xiàn)節(jié)能目標(biāo)向用能單位提供必要的服務(wù)，用能單位以節(jié)能效益、節(jié)能服務(wù)費(fèi)或能源托管費(fèi)支付節(jié)能服務(wù)公司的投入及其合理利潤(rùn)的節(jié)能服務(wù)機(jī)制。
EPC - energy performance contracting: an energy-saving service mechanism in which the energy-saving service company and the energy user agree on the energy-saving objectives of the energy-saving project in the form of contract. The energy-saving service company provides necessary services to the energy user in order to achieve the energy-saving objectives, and the energy user pays the investment and reasonable profits of the energy-saving service company with energy-saving benefits, energy-saving service fees or energy custody fees.
